Confront her. He's YOUR boyfriend and if she's spending more time with him than you are then that's really sus. You have the right to tell her to back off. And tell your boyfriend as well you don't really like how close they are... and if he chooses her over you he obviously doesn't see how it is and you should dump him, because he's not worth your time.
