At first I was a bit unsure but she assured me she had found the perfect guy for me and wanted us to meet for a drink. She's a great friends and we usually agree on which men are nice so I decided to go along with it. However, word has got back to me about who this "blind date" actually is, and I am 100% not itnerested. It's a friend of hers who I have met numerous times and who I just dont get on with. He's crude and tells bad jokes and has no manners. He really jus tannoys me. How on earth do I get out of this blind date? I really appreciate my friend doing this for me, she's only trying to help me find someone, but the guy she's picked is completely unsuitable. Help!

The last line in your question is exactly what you should tell her, "I really appreciate my friend doing this for me, she's only trying to help me find someone, but the guy she's picked is completely unsuitable."

your not interested. If sheis a real friend she will understand.
