Now she's having a tradional wedding/renewal of vows. Do I still throw her a bridal shower and bachelorette party since she's already married?? I mean, technically, she's not a bachelorette and she already has everything she needs as far as gifts...

This isn't the same situation as usual because she isn't celebrating her last night of freedom, she's celebrating five years of marriage. Instead of the typical bachelorette party (strippers, drunken behaviour etc), why don't you treat her and a few friends to a day at a spa or something?
On the other hand, seeing as she already has everything she needs in the way of saucepans and blenders etc, for the bridal shower, why don't you arrange a sort of jokey theme? Give her raunchy underwear "to keep the spice in the marriage", that kind of thing. It keeps the basic idea behind a hen night in place (girls being silly and giggling a lot), but also keeps in mind the fact that she is a happily married lady.
Have a good time!

Yeah, why not? I'm sure she'll appreaciate it. Maybe a spa break or something tasteful?
