 Do you fancy her back? if so say "great I feel the same way"
if you don't and don't want to start something you can say "thank you I'm so flattered you feel that way and it was so brave of you to tell me but to be honest, I don't think of you that way."
or are you wondering if you could fancy her that way? In which case you can say "thank you i'm flattered and I don't quite know what to make of it..." and go from there.
