I've fallen for one ofmy colleague, a PE teacher. I know that he noticed me, when I leave the staffroom his eyes are on me, whenever we have a moment (unfortunately always surrounded by kids) we start a random conversation, and so on... but nothing more!I need some advice, it sounds so silly, but how to make sure that he "likes me"? should I make a move? if so how?I really have a huge crush on him, and feel and act and think like a teenage again.any advice is welcomethank you

if you don't know if he's in a relationship (he may very well be there's no crime in looking even if you are married) then the first thing to do is talk to him and find out if there is a MRS (or Mr.) PE teacher or the equivalent (girlfriend/fiance).
IF he was truly interested in more than a casual work friendship (since you two already manage random conversations and are looking at each other) he possibly would have made a move already.

First of all, is he married?
NO. DON'T. MAKE. A. MOVE.
If he likes you, he's the one who should make a move.
Wait for him to tell you that he likes you.
Patient is a virtue. :)
