If she's your girlfriend like no FWB or anything, then tell him he needs to back off and leave her alone, she's your girl.

 What is a personal girlfriend? Is she your girlfriend who you are with and he wants to steal her from you? Or is she just a close friend, but you don't thin he's right for her?
If she is your girlfriend, then you need to tell him to back off because you are in a relationship with her. If she is just a close friend of yours, then you need to trust that she can make her own decisions. If he is a jerk, or is just terrible to girls, give her warning, but you can't keep two single people away from each other.
