my friend likes a girl and he aked her out she said no but, she saying no to everybody. does that mean he has no chance?

She wants to be single or she doesnt feel that way about your friend.

Tell your friend to back of and just wait until she is ready to date if thats the problem. If she doesnt like him like that, he cant do anything. If so he should find someone else

she seems sensible to want to be on her own.

tell your friend to look elsewhere.
