It's not a case of whether it bothers a guy. A woman needs to be turned on for anything to really be effective. So make him work a little harder beforehand in the future.

 I know a guy would probably wonder why you are not wet and may be a little concerned that he doesnt turn you on if you were "dry" - but at the end of the day you are not a machine, you dont have an "on" or "off" button so it is totally normal what you experienced so dont worry about it!
Some days you might be wet just laying next to him, other times you might not get wet at all. It is nothing to be concerned about and I'm sure he wont think you are strange! Men are just the same - sometimes it takes them a while to get an erection, other times they can have an erection just looking at a girl!
There are plenty of times when me and my boyfriend are fooling around, and mentally I feel turned on and I really want him, but then he goes to touch me down there and I am totally dry!
