My feeling is that this phone call was suspicious. Could I be right?

i was outside of my room and my husband was in the room laying with blanket on his face and i heard him talking to someone and when i entered the room and said, 'what you doing?' He quickly cut the phone, and said, 'oh, i was just talking to my dad, and then my friend, Z.' Z was a girl, as he said her name.
