I am going through a rough time right now. My dad doesn't feel too good. His heart is bothering him. His doctor put him on the omega 3 diet. I am very concerned and worried about his health. However he is not following the diet. What should I do to help him?

flower girl agony auntIf you are that concerned, which i imagine you are then why don't you go and visit your dad's doctor and tell them of your concerns, and see if they could maybe pay him a visit to see how he is getting on.

Take care.xx.

YummyMummy agony auntAll you can do is advise your dad to maybe start going on the diet. Maybe look up recipes and stuff that he can eat on the diet as I have heard the Omega 3 diet is that restricting.

He needs to understand that the doctor put him on it for a reason, and you don't want you dad to not be around anymore. His heart is important.
