I started falling for his friend, but now my ex's new girlfriend is all over my new boyfriend, she flirts with him in front of my ex, and I'm starting to have feelings back for him, but It's not my place to tell him anything about his new relationship. I'm still his friend, got him nice holiday gifts and such. But since It's been about 4-5 months since the split, it's no time to go back and talk about regrets...Anything I can do without ruining our friendship?

Be straight with him. Let the chips fall. If he can't hear it from you, then maybe you weren't friends after all.

Your ex will inevitably see how sleezy the new girlfriend is. No need to get yourself involved, it'll cause resentment and he might assume you're bitter or jealous because of your past relationship. Maybe you could tell a mutual friend about what's going on and have THEM confront your ex. You could find out information without the awkwardness of direct confrontation.
