writes:Hello, really need help here.This is a long one. My ex and I broke up over a year and a half ago. We were having a little bit of issues while he was deployed in the navy and when he returned his ex had convinced him they needed to be a family and there son and her daughter moved to our town to live with him. When he told me what was happening and as we broke up ,i cried and he cried.I felt maybe he was trying to be noble for his child but I feel he could have handled it diffrent. Anyways, his ex was very manipulative, jealous etc. and any friendly contact he tried to make with me over the internet she would have him block me. I have not had contact with him in 8months. I saw a mutual friend of ours added him on facebook and I "poked" him. He poked back and sent a message with the headline "we need to talk" and the message saying he wants to talk to me if I dont mind and have a conversation with me so he can clear a few things up as he moves n.I asked about what and he said he has some questions thats all. Now, im trying to avoid a phone or in person convo because im still in love so I opt for phone conversation, he says in person is bestI said I may not be able to because of a man im now dating and he said I can call and he doesnt know my situation and thats why he asked. He is now stationed 2 hours away and left the ex in our town.He said he will explain everything when I call and dont worry he wont waste my time. I said no its cool, I can meet on the weekend "since he comes down on weekends" Now, he didnt tell me they broke up, a friend ours did, he only told me he moved and he'll explain. My question is WHY DOES HE WANT TO TALK? And see me?? Im so confused does he want to reconcile? Or maybe talk about the break up? Please, any opinons or advice appreciated. Thanks :)
