If I needed anything from her office I would ask someone else to go for me, quite simply I felt stupid going in.The break up came as I found out she was seeing someone else at work. I walked away caused no problem asked no questions. Since that time we have barely spoke and its strange how I have always felt like the villain of the peace , yet it was her let me down, not sure how she managed to blame shift. Her behaviour since the beginning of the year has in my opinion been to get a reaction out of me and indication of my interest I guess. I still have feelings for her, but have been very careful not to show them to her.I believe the other thing is now over and may have been for months. My question is this, is this sudden turn based on my behaviour of showing no interest, is she showing signs of interest or is it a trap ? How to I approach things ?Other colleagues have commented that she is now always in our office? Any female collegeague I associate with gets dirty looks from her, but more recently the one I work closely with she has become very friendly to her ? is she fishing ?

As soon as you forget and stop chasing them, they come right back to you. That's just the way women are. At my work I met this cute girl and I was hitting on her a lot, asked her out, but she always turned me down. One day I decided to forget about her completely just kept it at good morning and thank you. This girl started new in the job and this one didnt turn me down, we starting sort of dating as friends, and then the old one started to look for me, walking into my office like 5 times a day, and smiling at me something she never did before I met the new one. it looks like the more i ignored her the friendlier she got with me. she even went as far as asking me why I didnt call her anymore.
