writes:We split up 6 months ago after years of arguing and near break ups, 3 kids and awful arguments. I was happy and we seemed to get on much better but now he has met a new 'lady' and everything has changed. I don't want him back but it hurts so much. I can't stop thinking about them together, imagining what he is saying about me and wishing he could have treated me like that - why? and will the pain ever go away?

 i'm sure that he wont speak about you to her, think about it...if you got with a new guy he wouldnt be very happy if you were talking about your husband (good or bad) this is just one of those things that will take time, you may evenget to like her in the future, until then busy yourself, find new interests and meet new people. focus on yourself and your kids, i know its probably killing you when you see them together but rememer that you split up for a reason and you dont want him back!!xx
