writes: A few days ago I discovered that my ex is seeing a friend of his, I have always been jealous of this friendship, and always felt slightly inadequate to her. We were together for nearly 3 years and was deeply in love with him. Now I feel sick that he has liked her all that time and I have believed they were simply friends for so long.It was also going on for two weeks before I found out. Many of my friends knew, and now I just feel like an idiot. I feel betrayed by this guy who apparently loved me so much and feel sick when I think of them together. I need to move on so any advice to forget would be grateful.

You don't know whether they felt this way about each other all of the time. It could be that this girl spotted him vulnerable after your break up and decided to make her move. He could be even trying to make you jealous.
The best thing you can do now is to live your life and stop dwelling on this. You must have broken up for a reason, focus on this, get out there and find some happiness, and take comfort in the fact that rebound relationships rarely last!

You're not the idiot, he is. He's sneaked around and lied to you, so how were you supposed to know what was going on.Other people will be aware of this too, so dont worry what they think.Be glad to have gotten rid of this cheating git!!!
