My ex is moving in near me and coming to work where I do. What do I do?

HELP ME. my ex bf is moving 3 doors down from me. not only have i not seen him for 4 years, everytime someone mentions his name, my heart flutters. the other thing is that he got a job the same place i work, now i have to deal with him everyday!!!

i live with my bf and love him very much.

what do i do???

God how awful for you!!

It's bad enough having an ex live in the same area let alone 3 doors down and now at work too.

Am I assuming right that you still have feeling for him by you saying that your heart flutters when you hear his name.

Try to put the reasons you broke up to the front of your mind (whatever they may be) and not remember the good times of your relationship - they always seem to be the ones that last though don't they!!

Could you think about moving - or is that not an option at the moment. I don't really know what else to suggest other then trying to just acknowledge him when you see him but offer no further communication and hope that he gets the hint and does the same thing.
