Tell him to go away.
Tell him you are not his friend, and that you split up and are therefore not going to help him find someone to replace you.
Good Luck!! xx

The cardinal rule of dating is never date your ex's friends or your friends ex's. Asking for your help with this is just mean and insensitive. We give you permission. The next time he asks, tell him in no uncertain terms to take a long walk off a short pier.
