so my ex boyfriend recently told my cousin that he still has feelings for me and he wanted to know if i was seeing anyone and my cousin said that from the way he was talking, it seemed that he was interested in what was going on in my life. he recently got married but i still have feelings for him aswell. i recently called him and he denied that he ever spoke to my cousin. my cousin is very trustworthy and wouldn't lie about something like that. Please help cus i'm really confused as to why he would lie

cd206 agony auntHe would lie because he's immature and can't accept his feelings. The fact of the matter though is that it doesn't matter whether it's your cousin or your ex who is lying or even neither of them. Your ex is married now. You might not like it but it's what's happened and it'd be wrong to make any move to get him back now. He's not yours anymore and hard as it is, you need to accept it.
