 Sounds like she was just checking she had made the right decision in breaking up. Sometimes this happens, life is not always within our control.
We cannot control other peoples behaviour or their feelings, but we can control our reactions to them.

 Don't worry, she's probably still dealing with the issues she had in the past and whatever the reason is she broke up with you, she thought it might have changed. I think you should get over her and find someone who won't mess you around like this.
