writes:how do i get over my ex who is telling me that she still has feelings for me /us but had slept with another man and has set herself up on at least three personnel sites looking for a LTR? and she tells me that she is not serious about the sites and that her friends did this for her for fun but then she updated her profile when i told her i knew she was on these sites.I also found out that she may have meet with someone and i know for sure that she has talked with a few of them on the phone.

 We never really get over someone. That's virtually impossible. We learn to cope with the changes and realize all though we're not with them we can still live and be happy for ourselves.
I'd just tell her that all though she has feelings, with these sites and additional contacts, she's too confused about what she really wants, therefore goodbye. Sometimes we may like someone, even miss them, but with poor behaviors that would not be appropriate in a relationship, we just can't be with them.
