I don't know her personally but she works by my house, should I warn her? I found her name and number I just think it's too personal to tell a complete stranger "hey go get tested you probably got what he gave me"

You are not responsible for her health. If she is having unprotected casual sex then it is up to her to get herself checked out.
I'd definitely tell your boyfriend and send him the medical bill and threaten to sue him for damages if he refuses to pay it.
Dont concern yourself with the other woman, you have enough trauma to deal with, God love you.

It may be odd talking to a stranger about this but its her health in the long run. Also having an STD such as Gonorrhea makes people vulnerable to HIV and other pathogens.
Can I just say you are being very mature about this. Many people would not even think of telling 'the other woman' in order to get some kind of misplaced revenge.
