However, we decided to meet up and today he told me that he is going to be moving back home in a month, which is halfway across the country. I was already heartbroken but now I'm just completely and utterly sad. I've been trying hard to let him go and I know I'm going to be forced to once he moves but I'm having a really hard time. We had kind of a rough break up but I still love him and I know he still loves me. I don't know what to do and I'm just hoping someone has some words to say that will make me feel better or help me through this time...

When you're still in love with a man, Breaking up is hard to do and will take time to heal. But maybe the fact that he is moving away is just another way he has of saying 'It's Over' and he wants a fresh start. Long term this will be the best for you as well it will give you time and space and you wont be running into him all the time. It will be difficult to start with but hang in there you will be fine. Best Luck. Nora B.
