I am in alot of pain because my daughter is suffering so much. She does not want to talk about the situation at all. I am praying that she opens up more to me. She does not trust the legal system and wants to move on with her life but I know that she is suffering greatly. Please pray for us. I want to bring this bastard to justice.

I'm so sorry.
First thing, contact the police or a lawyer and see what they have to say. I should think you will be able to file a lawsuit, but best to ask the professionals.
Next, ensure that your daughter and you receive counselling. It's very important you do this to get it all out in the open between you so you are able to begin to move foward.

Please contact your police department as soon as you can.
