My daughter and her husband already has two boys 5 and 2 yrs of age and now he's trying to get a quick divorce from my daughter before the news of his new kid gets out. My daughter is trying to hold off on the divorce so that she may seek legal representation in order to be compensated fairly and legally binded by the courts. There must be away that he has be made accountable for this act of adultery. At this time he is still denying the baby even exist but, his mother has already confirmed the existance and has already acknowlwdges that the baby is her sons.Further more the baby looks just like my grandson that they have. My daughter needs help in seeking a divorce attorney that specializes in military divorce matters.Looking for resources. Thank you..

The United States is a rather big country and I don't see an attorney flying out from Montana if she happens to be in Texas, for example. Narrow your search to something in your daughter's city.
