from what i've read, it seems like they are 2 issues. 1 being your love for your cousin and the other being your relationship with your dad and family.
its typical in muslim for the father to pick/choose the right guy that he thinks will provide for his daughter and look after her. ask your dad why he doesnt like that family, question him about the past, because the past makes the present. discuss whether there is a slight chance that he could put his difference aside for the hapiness of his daughter.
**in case your wondering, in islam force marriages are'nt allowed. you father cant force you to marry someone else if you dont want to**
in the pakistani community, the fathers respect is higly valued amongst the community, it would be wise to resolve the family issue before you marry.
