 You should give him some time...but, you can hang out with your friend while he's around, and maybe work something out with her. Tell her how you feel about him, and maybe she can help you. If he likes her, maybe it was because they had something special in common. You never know, maybe he's flirting with her to get closer with you. Guys are smart enough to hang around their crush's best bud!
