My manager was really happy with me and gave me loads of responsability (no extra pay) which i loved as it will look great on my CV. However my old manager left and someone else took over and my current manager has 1 favourite in the team - and it happen to be 1 of the girls i trained up - she is now giving her all the extra rsponsibility and this girl has completly taken over and when the manager isn't in she acts like she is ours!! Our manager is aware but doesnt care and neither does her manager-our big boss.I feel cheated as i have been there longer and was completly over looked. What can i do?

i wouldnt bother staying in that job then... they obviously dont value you. use your newly enhanced cv to find yourself a better job where your rights are respected. you can write to your empoyer to explain your desicion and reasons for leaving, it may make her see the error of her ways

When you have a good one landed, write up a paper describing everything just as you did here and submit it to the "bosses". They will either promote you or fire you. If they fire you, screw them, you are covered. Best wishes, hon, I know exactly what you are saying.

Maybe they'll even offer you a pay rise if you agree to stay. If they don't - well, I guess they think you're disposable.
Any company that loads responsibility onto someone's shoulders, as has happened with you, but doesn't remunerate them in line with those responsibilities is taking their employees for granted, and basically taking the piss. You're probably better off working for someone else who appreciates your abilities.
I know of one person who was a real pain in the arse, so each of his managers in turn approved his various applications for promotion to get him out of their hair. It came back to haunt them though - he came back as their manager after several more managers did the same thing!
