my little brother is 15yrs old. That happened to mine too. He came home all sad and hurting. But you can tell him it is all part of growing up.Tell him it might be better to be single for a while and just have fun. Go to the park or bowling or something fun to try to get mind off of it. or if it really bothers him, tell him to talk with his friend about it. Tell his best friend how he feels about them. it might be better to confront it.

Tell him we don't always get what we want. Tell him to find a different girl. We often find something different is much better than what we thought we wanted. He is just immature.

Your brother is just going to have to realise that love isn't like placing an order at McDonald's. When it comes to love, sometimes you get what you want, sometimes you don't.
If the girl he likes is with someone else & is happy, then that's the end of it. He'll just have to accept it & move on! Chances are if she's 14, this relationship she's in will last 2 weeks anyway, so he may well have a chance somewhere down the line.
Tell him welcome to the world of relationships... painful from the outset!
