See a doctor! There is no way we can tell you on-line.

We cannot give you an answer whether or not you should worry, because (a) we have very little information from you, (b) medical doctors are the best people to give you the appropriate diagnosis.
However, there are a few possibilities of what may have caused it, ranging as simple as allergy to certain type of clothing materials (which can easily be solved!), personal hygiene around the nipple (which can easily be addressed by unscented soaps), to mild bacteria or fungal infection (which can be eradicated using over the counter anti-bacterial or anti-fungy creams), to something much more serious. But lets forget about this last one first.
Here are a few links you can access to catch up on your reading before you go to the doctor's office:

I wouldn't get too worried about this...just think of influencing factoers. Do they itch when they come into contact with certain materials? Have to been on any medication which could do this? I would go and see a doctor for reassurance and a check up! X

Could just be dry skin as it is winter and the cold tends to dry out skin.
Try putting a lotion on your breasts before bed time.
It should help, if not consider seeing your doctor
