I know it is normal for one to be larger than the other but in my case it's just awful. I'm 5'2" My right is busting out of my 34 D bras while my left just barely fills it. And a 34 is barely tight enough to keep my bras from sliding about but a 32 D is virtually impossible to find(even online). I have a hard time exercising because my boobs are squished so tight they hurt when im done or they are too heavy and the zippers/ straps constantly come lose or undone. What can I do to shrink my breasts? I would love it if they weren't constantly causing discomfort or limiting my bra selections to next to none (by the way I always get stuck buying the expensive bras that break the bank because my breasts are so difficult).I would love a breast reduction but I know Tri-Care will pin me with the fees because I've never gotten documentation of breast discomfort or back pains etc.. Can anyone suggest a practice that specializes in reductions(with an excellent reputation/ after all my research im terrified of going to someone who doesn't have a TON of experience)OR please recommend diet suppliments that aid in fat loss. (I only weigh 125 but I know breasts are mostly fat tissue) I am trying to do Insanity the workout, but my breasts aren't cooperating with my high-impact sports bras so I am stopping every 60 seconds to re-adjust or zip back up

Maybe pilates is a better option as well. Soreness and swelling wont better if you have a breast reduction. Smaller breasts get sore as well. But have you thought about going on birth control pills, or trying hormones? Birth control pills have often been used to decrease the symptoms experienced from menstruation, such as heavy bleeding, irregular periods, menstruation pains. Perhaps it will help on your swelling and soreness as well? It is worth talking to your doctor about it and ask.

crazypinkswtheart is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI never thought about bra inserts, although I attempted bras with padding in just the one cup and it was awkward. The thing about getting just the right bra is that my breasts swell whenever I menstrate so then my bras fit a little bit different. I do know that the cup sizes change with the different band widths, I guess i would consider myself very educated on this but there is always more to be learned. The real issue lately that is driving me nuts is the soreness i've been experienceing and the swelling. Started about a week ago. I hadn't partaken in any strenuous activity and i don't think if i had slept funny they would still be tender. They do get sore when i menstrate but I have not had my period yet! So surely you ladies can understand my frustration. I don't want surgery but i have been considering it more and more over the last 2 years. I am just hoping I discover a new ally that will help. Unfortunately I have no access to a pool, or i'd be swimming often. I may get a treadmill just to avoid running out in the blazing sun with all the bugs

This sadly is something you will need to see a reconstructive surgeon about... it's common enough and because it's a medical issue insurance will probably cover the expense.

You do know that cup volume changes depending on the size of the band right? The D on a 34D has more cup volume than a 32D. The D's in those bras are not same cup size. For example a 32C has the same cup volume as a 34B and a 36A has the same cup volume as a 34B. The size bra you should try is not a 32D but a 32E. That will have the same cup volume as a 34D but it will have the right band size. Whether that's easier to find or not I don't know. I hope I'm making sense.
Have you tried getting professionally fitted? Go in and try if you haven't.
Another option would be to get bra inserts. You could use one to fill out the side where your boob is smaller, this would allow you to more comfortably wear bras and give them a more even look and provide better support.
If surgery is a thing you want, then the best person to ask about that is your doctor. They can give you all the advice you need. In fact it wouldn't hurt to go in and ask them about this anyway.
If I were you I'd look up bra making and adjusting techniques. It may take a bit of practice but you could just alter the bras you buy to make them fit better. all you need is a sowing needle/machine and some filler fabrics. I know a woman that tears apart cheaper bras and sows in the padding into the ones she wears, adjusts the cup and band sizes herself. She has the same issues with breast size as you. She's had to do this for a long time so she's quite good at it.
It's not easy living with breasts like yours but there are lots of solutions and surgery isn't the best one in my opinion.

You probably already know this, but I will say it just to make sure. When you buy a bra you must buy one that fits the larger breast. We all have uneven breasts, some more than others. I have uneven breasts as well, my right being larger than the left, but they both look equal when I wear a bra (and when Im without a bra it's for private audiences anyway). If you have a large difference in the breast size you could wear padding in one of the cups, to equal it out and give more support to the smaller breast. That was just the smaller practical stuff. A former friend of mine who I worked out with had enormous breasts, and she used two sport bra's for her work outs to get enough support, one over the other. You could try that as well, or try to do work outs that don't involve alot of bouncing and jumping. Maybe swimming would be a better option for you. I have no experience with breast reduction or where to go. Have you talked to your doctor about this? It sounds as you will just have to save up the money to pay for it yourself since you have been lucky to avoid back problems. Good luck!

I am now 30DD, I would have liked much smaller ones, but that all they could do for me. I am 5'1" and 30 back is very small to carry GG bust. You are very young and I think you should have your children first if you want children.Start complaining and build a record of it, believe me they will get bigger as we age anyway, so you are not lying. However, in Uk breast reduction have been suspended due to cost and government cut.See what there is available. Good luck. there are risks with breast reductions but although I have diabetes I am ok. I am very pleased I had it done.
