I used to have the same problem and my breasts would hurt real bad, not just a mild discomfort, particularly before menstrual cycles. It turned out I had a progesterone hormon imbalance ( I don't remember now if my body was producing too much or too little of it ) , which was causing the symptom. . I got prescribed a specific cream for this condition- problem solved.

 You ask your mother for advice. Then possibly talk to your doctor. There is probably nothing wrong, but your breats are growing. When they grow they hurt. For some it hurts more than for others. BUt if it is unbearable your doctor could perhaps prescribe you some appropriate pain killers.
