 Technically, int he most literal sense, no, you haven't lost your virginity. However, most guys would consider this sex, and if you did not count it, they would feel like you lied to them. If it matters to you what guys say in the future, then yes, it counts.
It's a very effective way to spread disease, so be sure to get tested first (including your partner) and to use protection. It may very well hurt, especially at first, so use lube, and be sure to warn the guy to go slowly at first. A lot of girls end up enjoying it, but you have to start slow.
