writes: hi im 14 and going out with this 15 year old boy.we went out to the cinema the other day on out first date and he kept telling me stuff about other girls. he said that this girl on msn asked him to have sex with her. why did he tell me this? im obviously not going to like it. (he said no to having sex by the way).he also said that this other girl fancies him like crazy.he said his mates have had sex like 15 times and stuff.i just dont really understand why he told me all of tht! why would i want to know that a girl wants sex with him and stuff??? is he trying to make me jealous or something???#i dont talk about any boys when im around him. infact i did tell him tht he's the only boy im interested in cos its true!(by the way i just went for his personality, he is quite ugly so i dont understand why tht girl would want sex with him and why tht other girl has a massive crush on him! he is really ugly and yuk!) i like his personality though thts why im with him.

 If he isn't that good looking and aware of it then maybe he is trying the jealousy thing you mentioned.
My ex was the worse one for it he would always be telling me about girls giving him their number and chatting him up and it was always for a jealous reaction out of me and I fell for it everytime I suppose it's easier to lie when answering something but a reaction to something that someone says is harder to change.

 actually what leah said.. though you can find girls acting the same way.. but I think he's just trying to illicit some sort of response out of you..or just trying to make himself look better.. it's a little game in his head he is playing..

 Hi Anon, I Think maybe his either being honest with you and just talking to you like he would his mates, not thinking that you really wanna know these things ..or his doing it on purpose bragging ect..maybe he has a complex about his looks, and girls don't find him attractive and wants you to think other girls are interested in him, to see wat your reactions are or to make you jealous..your find alot of young guys are like this . xLEAHx
