My boyfriend is moving away and wont be coming back

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for about 6 months already were heading to 7. Im 15 and so is he. Everything was going well, until he told me he was moving away . Hes about 8 hours away from me. I love him so much ; he says he doesnt want to break up he wants to find a way to work our relationship up. My friends say that it wont work out. I dont wanna let go of him. he means alot to me. He says hes not coming back at all. What should i do ? Can it work out?

He is going to live 8 hours away from me. And yes its a family break up thing hes moving with his dad. No he doesnt have a car hes 15 years old . Yes he does have family memberss to live with but he doesnt want to cause he has problems with them ..

Good point ! But he has family problems, he says he will try his best to come visit me. But i honestly want him to stay cause everything was going so well. What do I do ? I want to advice him well. He tells me everything. I love him
