My boyfriend and I are...well were planning to get married. Then about 3 months ago things started to change he went from call 2 or 3 times a day to 1 if I'm lucky he takes forever to respond to my texts and just seems so ughh all the time...he recently joined the army and is in school in another state I asked him if he was seeing someone else and he swears he's not then I asked him the important question "do u want to try and work things out btwn us or no?" He didn't respond that was 3 days ago I haven't heard from him since I'm so upset and confused and urs supposed to come home tomorrow what should I do? Any advice would be great?

A female reader, aunt honesty Ireland +, writes (20 April 2011):

aunt honesty agony auntThe army can be a tough job for any guy and maybe he just simply doesnt have the time to call as much as he used to. If he calls almost every day well than that is quite good. That is still a lot of contact. However you say he never returned your text that you sent three days ago. I guess this shows that he may be having doubts in his head about you and him being together. You need to ask him to be honest with you and tell you the truth about where you stand in his life. There may not be another girl involved it could be just a case that he has joined the army and came to realise that he might be better off on his own at the moment. I hope he contacts you soon. You deserve and explanation.
