 I think your boyfriend is being weird because he is not being genuine with you, he's playing a head game. He mostly is in this for this sex you are giving him and he is feeling guilty about using you, and he is looking for your agreement because he actually wants to let himself off the hook because he wants you to be cool with a sexual relationship and not blame him when he decides to move on.
He's talking gobbly' d gook, double speak and that is why you can't make sense of it because it is nonsense, all of it.
He is staring into your eyes a lot and wants to kiss you because he has a hard penis. Guys are pretty simple creatures, give him sex and make him a sandwich and he will stare into your eyes and kiss you all you want. But does that make him a reliable boyfriend, I dont' think so.
