 Being pregnant with his child doesn't mean you have to put up with this. It's completely unfair of him to judge your body based on something he's as responsible for as you are, and there is NO EXCUSE for him to be flirting with other girls while you are pregnant. It sounds like you won't be able to talk him out of talking to these girls, either, so if this is something that's going to bother you (and it should) I think you had better leave him. Good luck.
