 Tell him you are too scared to have sex with him in case you make it worse because you don't know what it is, that should do it.

 well it can be embarrassing you can try and convince him or get a freind to help you maybe an older guy you both can trust, I cant really say i blame the guy i probably wouldnt go to a doctor either, it could be nothing if its serious ie cancer hell get sick enough to the point where he has to go.You can tell him no sex till he goes thats an incentive good luck
