I've been with my boyfriend for about six months and he's had an accident a few years ago and is on constant medication - loads of it and he says it affects his sex drive it always has done since we got together and I know it's not his fault but we only have sex once a week if that and we're only 20. I love him so much. But I wonder if theres any solution. We've tried viagra and it doesn't have any effect on him. It makes both of us feel bad. I have a high sex drive and before I was with him me and my ex would have sex at least once a day - I have a really high sex drive and I don't feel good about it all. It really bothers both of us and I can't see a solution. What do I do?

umm this may sound a bit dumb but maybe he could make afew changes to his diet?

zinc is the general one for helping increase libido but im sure there are loads of others :)

chocolate is actually one of them that gets both guys and girls in the mood, and other healthier stuff like nuts and seeds and stuff should work a treat XD

hope this helps X)

Medications and things can really affect your sex drive and you don't even realise. Mine started out huge, then I went on the pill and went off the idea, then I changed pills and now I want my husband all the time. (and yes he turns me down too sometimes)

Try just cuddling up to him and then having lots of kissing, that usually gets you both in the mood. Try just having foreplay.

If it doesn't improve then you are just going to have to live with the fact that he is on pills and they kill his sex drive. Don't let him take any pills or potions not given to him by his doctor as they may mix badly with his medication and he may die. Seriously.

Get a vibrator. They work for army wives across the world.

Good Luck!! xx

peaches83 agony auntThink of other ways to introduce sex. Try pleasing yourself infront of him. This generally turns them on. Try out things that you would usually try. By doing this you will release more sexuality and this should turn him on and get him aroused.
