 It depends on how much he's flirting with these women. Is it just friendly banter or is he blatently flirting right in front of you and ignoring you? When he looks at women, is it just a glance(there's nothing wrong with looking at other people, we all do it), or is he activly checking women out. There's a difference between a guy who's activly looking to cheat and a guy who is friendly and sociable, but is genuinely only interested in their partner.
If you are unsure, perhaps ask one of your female friends for their opinion of his behaviour when you are out together.
You have to be able to trust each other for the relationship to work.
