 I was about to say something similar to "Moo's Mum".
I suggest that he takes care of himself before sex starts, either privately or with you, then get him to bring you off a couple of times first via extended foreplay.
At his age, he should easily be erect again and ready to pleasure you, but having already ejaculated it will take him longer.
Also, your having had an orgasm or two will have made you less caring about his short duration.

 It probably means that he is offering you little, if any, foreplay and is focused more on his own satisfaction. In other words, he apparently knows little about pleasing a woman. It wold take a book to explain what he doesn't know, but in a nutshell, he should make his first priority pleasing you - whatever that takes - including oral satisfaction if appropriate. More foreplay, cunnilingus, whatever - then it will not matter so much that his climax is quick during intercourse - if you have already experienced one or more orgasms.

During intercourse, when you know he is getting really worked up and close, have him pull out and slow down a bit...get worked up again and repeat...delay that ejaculation. If you perform oral, do the same. He's basically performing like a jack rabbit and hasn't learned to make it last...and that's pretty typical of guys when they are young, not to worry. Talk to him about pleasing you as well, and that will also slow down that rush in taking care of only himself.
Also, sometimes it's nice to go at it like savages and make it a powerful quicky! But other times it is nice to have the pleasure last for a long time.
