Is it impossible to find a boyfriend who actually loves you and isn't picking on your looks? It's not something you did to yourself, you can't help the color of your teeth. I once had a boyfriend who was a smoker and hadn't seen the dentist in years. His teeth were starting to look nasty, black and yellow, plus he tastes of cigarettes. But I loved him. And I loved kissing him. When you actually love someone these things become less important.
Im thinking your boyfriend doesn't love you as much as he claims he does. That's why he can't see past the color of your teeth. If he actually loved you it wouldn't be a problem at all! When you truly love a person looks don't matter. Not saying you need to love every part of each other, it's fine if he's not attracted to yellow teeth. But it shouldn't be to the extent that it puts him off kissing you! Then it's gone too far.
If this continues your self esteem will get dragged down more and more by each time he refuses to kiss you. It can do permanent damage. And trust me, when I love someone they can have yellow teeth or even black teeth, or missing teeth, and I'd still be eager to kiss them, show them affection, and treat them right. But if you don't love a person that way then there's not much you can do, it will just not be possible to overlook "flaws" if your feelings aren't strong enough and true enough.

Find a guy who's not shallow.
Get your teeth professionally whitened.
Get yourself a nice grill to cover it up.

You could have dental veneers. They are similar to "fake nails" in that they are extremely thin layers that go over the actual teeth. They are quite expensive, but IMO worth the money if you have very stained teeth. Look up veneers on google or speak to your dentist again.
