writes: I had made plans to hang out with my boyfriend and a day later he made plans to go golfing with his friends instead. when i asked him about it, he says he forgot. he's done this before. and both ended with him dropping our plans and hanging out with his friends. when i want to talk to him about it, he gets defensive and claims I don't care about him. I'd say goodbye. He's got priorities messed up. Your plans came first, he should change plans with his friends if he accidentally double booked. His getting defensive shows improper behavior as well. I'd say, if he doesn't have respect, find someone who does.
