It just so happens that he is the manager, head hancho in charge if the top top people aren't there, and MY department manager In the department store. I always see him and he's always checking me out too, complimenting me, complementing my foot tattoo and just touching me if he passes by . Even went to shake my hand n was like wow it's so cold but just let go as if he still wanted to hold on. Even when he interviewed and offered me the job he kept saying things and even told the other women he can't wait to have me on the floor and jokingly said see u tonight so we can go dancing. Anyways I guess you can just say I'm in lala land but this guy is fine. Ive never been with a black guy before but he is just making me feen for it so bad. He's tall , caramel/light dark , goatee, muscles, bald head , you can't go wrong ! Obviously it is not a good thing to even think about this stuff but hopefully if I stick with the job I'll def be seeing more of him for however long I choose to work there,Have any of you ever been in this situation? I've actually become eager to go to work at times just to see him .I hope I'm not going crazy ;P

Well you have a crush on your boss/manager. It's a hard spot to be in even if he's single and available to you.
I would still be very cautious about getting intimately involved with a co-worker and esp. the boss.... if it does not work out in the long run you might be the one to take the hit...
Also other than how flirtatious and attractive he is, what do you know of him? Married? Partnered? GAY? any clues?
don't buy the dress just yet.

I don't see the issue here so long as you two don't have any dating drama at work. My boss is drop dead gorgeous and has a flirtatious personality (not just me, with everyone) and that definitely makes my day better. :)

I worked in a male profession. I had lots to look at and lots to dream about. I enjoyed every moment.
Just don't cross the line. It adds confusion to your job and life. Where it was once an enjoyment it becomes hated!

As long as he's not married, dream away. I've had loads of crushes in the workplace. There is something really captivating about a hot guy who is in charge:) Since we spend most of our time in the workplace, I'm not surprised that workplace romances happen frequently. And I agree with you...it sure does motivate you to come to work with a smile:))
