My body can't deal with the excitement?

I know this isn't a medical forum, but maybe some of the elder Aunts and Uncles here might have heard something, had an experience, or have schooling in this area.

(2 part post)

My girlfriend has tried to give me blowjobs, but they just don't seem to work. One of the first times, though, I had a very terrifying experience. I was close to finishing when I started loosing feeling in my toes, then my thighs and fingers, then my hips and upper arms, then I started having tunnel vision followed by numbness in all of my body minus my chest. This came on quickly and by the time I told her to stop I had extreme tunnel vision, was shaking violently, and, she says, was cold to the touch. The times we have tried since then I tell her to stop as soon as I start to feel that tingly feeling in my toes and, on the last time we tried, I got close to finishing without that feeling in my toes.

We think that it's my body having trouble with the level of excitement, but, needless to say, it frightens the hell out of me after that experience.

That's part one of this post... the "question" is to just provide your thoughts/comments on that.

Second part (and this is the more medical part): I tend to get chest pains right around my left breast area. Anywhere from 1 1/2 to 4 inches away from the nipple. The pains are more of a burning sensation and the ease up after I rub the area. I've had them probably for close to a year now.

I have been to a doctor and have gotten a KEG, exercise stress test, and CAT scan and none of them showed any thing to be concerned about; the doc says it might be associated with stress. After 3 visits and these test the doc says that it's probably nothing to worry about as "all the major things have been ruled out." Yet, pain is a way of your body telling you something isn't right, so of course I'm still worried.

Now, like I said, this isn't a medical form and I will most likely hunt down a second opinion on this as this part of the body should always be kept in healthy condition. But, I have wondered lately if maybe this pain is associated with my issues with blowjobs -- as in maybe I have a weak heart or poor circulation. My blood pressure isn't bad, so I know it's not that. I'm slightly overweight (loosing about 2 pounds would put me on the upper bracket of my correct weight range for my height), so I don't know if that is the impact either.

I can't seem to find a pattern to these pains, either... they are random and not necessarily after eating or doing something.

I don't know... I think the latter question is too much for a forum, but I'm hoping that someone has heard of something similar and could provide me with some kind of info... even scary stories. Really I'm just looking for your thoughts on the second part.

Thanks for reading this really long post.

This is verified as being by the original poster of the question

Oh, it's not at the end of sex, just blowjobs typically. I can finish with sex just fine without any of the odd sensations.

Also, it was nothing quick. The shaking and tunnel vision last maybe about 2-5 minutes (can't recall). During which I was hyperventilating, which took about maybe 10 to 15 minutes for my breathing to return to normal.

I wouldn't exactly call that quick, hehehe.

As far as I can tell, Transient Ischemic Attack (tia)

is what closely relates to what your problem is. But it doesn't explain why it would happen at the end of sex. TIA is a sudden onset of numbnrss throughout the body as well as blurred or changed vision. It is caused by blood platelets building up in a blood flow area in a part of the brain. It comes and goes as quickly as you described. It's not deadly but unchecked as you age could be a problem. But im just throwing this out there. It really doesn't match your symptoms well enough. Sounds like you nead Doctor House.
