It might mean he wants to have sex with you, it might mean he doesn't want to in real life but dreams are fine.
A few months ago I had a dream my grandmother was a witch who turned me into a frog and then tried to eat me. Do I think she really wants to eat me? No, because it was just a silly meaningless dream.
If your boyfriend does want to have sex make sure you want it too. There's no law that says you have to just because he does. If you do decide you're ready however visit your doctor or family planning clinic for some advice about contraception.
