A lot of friends will come and go. Some relations I wish I could've kept, but lots of them lost; people lead different lives, you could grow together or grow apart, you never know. Eventually you'll be alright. I don't know how far she moved, but sometimes I bump into old classmates/friends who I thought i'd be inseperable with, but sometimes people change, especially at that age, and the friendship you knew just isn't there anymore. But you'll be fine either way, you'll miss her right now, but later you'll be fine. Don't worry.

PeterPan agony auntSorry that happened to you. But here's a suggestion for you: if you'd like to get in touch with her again, why not contact your old school and find out where they forwarded her records to. Once you get that, then at least you'll have a start at figuring out where she went.

Other than that, if you can't find her, yes -- you'll start to feel better as the summer progresses. It will be hard at first, but it will ease with time. Not to mention that when you start to make more friends, it won't seem as bad as it does now.

jay12toes agony auntit will be a long time befor you stop missing her, even years down the road you will see something that reminds you of her and you will miss her. i know it sucks but you cant really help how you feel. with time it will get easier and eventually it will go away all together but until then you will miss her and for now you will miss her often.

A female reader, TheOneWhoNeedsAnswers United States +, writes (14 June 2008):

You should ask your mom if she can contact her parents.

Get the information.

Keep in touch by letter and always send eachother pictures.

Thats what I do now.

And When I graduate Highschool next year me and her are going to visit each other alot.

And dont worry im pretty sure you'll see her again one day=).
