My best friend is hitting on me.

One of my best friends keeps trying to tickle me, touch my knee, put his arm around me and he knows I have a bf. He is starting to creep me out and i dont know what to do anymore, I have told him to stop, told him to leave me alone and he just wont. I'm not sure if my bf knows about it or not but if he does i dont want to sound like an idiot telling him but if he does not i think he should know. my best friend is hitting on me and i dont know what to do can you help me?
