 Well it is possible she doesnt show you affection as she might not feel comfortable doing this. She may not want to over step the best friend boundry. She currently has a boyfriend therefore she may feel like she shouldnt be showing you affection or maybe she is nervous around you. It could be a number of reasons really. You will only find out the truth pet if you ask her yourself.
