At 2pm i'm suppose to be in court at a hearing to put £1000 charge order on my exes house that he owes me.Now i dont know what to do. If i dont go i have to trust that he will put it on. It wont go in my favour if i'm not there put it that way! My son is 13 and on a usual day i can leave them a couple of hours and they are fine. Not sure about that now my 11 yr old is ill. She says she will be fine. I could be gone a couple of hours in all.Grrrrrrr what do you think?

Panic over, she hasn't been sick for about 3 hours now, and she says she feels fine now and is back to her jolly self so i dont know what that was all about! Probably something she ate.
She says she is fine, so i will call them when i'm there, and when i come out. Hopefully it wont take long.
Cheers xxxxxxxx

If you're really worried about leaving your daughter then phone the court, explain, and ask for an adjournment. Courts in the UK are usually flexible and understanding, but you must contact them before the hearing if you aren't going.

I am really sorry to hear what you are going through. If at all possible I would go as I know from expe4rience that things don't go as well for you if you are not there. Your daughter will probably sleep all day on and off anyway so I wouldn't worry unduly about leaving her.
Good Luck!
